MINUTES OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THORGANBY PARISH COUNCIL HELD AT THORGANBY VILLAGE HALL ON MAY 10 2011

PRESENT: Cllr Paul Tulip (Chairman), Cllr Jonathan Beckerlegg, Cllr David Clegg, Cllr Andrew Dudley Smith, Cllr Elizabeth Garnham, Cllr Doreen Knott, Cllr Dave Woolgar.

Chris Wright was also in attendance.


1. APOLOGIES: None

2. The Minutes of the AGM held on Tuesday May 11 May 2010 were approved unanimously and signed.

3. CHAIRMAN’S REPORT. Cllr Tulip read to the meeting the Chairman’s Annual Report (copy attached to the minutes)

4. ELECTION OF OFFICE HOLDERS.

a) Chairman – Cllr Paul Tulip was unanimously re-elected as Chairman.

b) Vice Chairman - Cllr David Woolgar was unanimously re-elected as Vice Chairman.

5. ELECTION OF REPRESENTATIVES.

a) YLCA – Cllr Elizabeth Garnham was unanimously re-elected as YLCA Representative.

c) Village Hall – As there is no Village Hall representative TPC now receives minutes of the Village Hall Committee Meetings.
