NOTES FOR EXHIBIT0RS :

1.      The Show will be open at 2:30pm. Exhibits must not be removed before 4:30pm.

2.      Entries must be made on the entry form.

3.      Entries will be received at Thorganby Village Hall on Friday 6 August 2010 between 7:30pm & 8:30pm and from 10:30am up to 12pm on the day of the Show.

4.      Exhibits with numbers securely attached must be staged before 1pm.

5.      Judging will commence at 1:15 pm.

6.      There is no restriction on the number of exhibits from one exhibitor.

7.      The Committee will not be responsible for any loss or damage to any exhibit.

8.      The Judges at their discretion may withhold a prize.

9.       Children must put their age in years and months on exhibits.

10.   Prize money will be paid on the day.

 

There will be a performance from Derwent Danceworks in the afternoon, a bouncy castle and face painting for the children and plenty of refreshments and cakes !
